Pomerleau is offering an internship program in Canada for engineering or construction management students. You will gain hands-on experience on large-scale projects and support project teams with scheduling, documentation, and on-site coordination.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a Canadian program or recently graduated, with a collaborative mindset, strong communication, and a passion for construction. Mentorship, networking, and growth opportunities are highlighted.

Job Description

To be eligible for Pomerleau's internship program, you must meet the following criteria:

• Be legally authorized to work in Canada at the time of application and for the entire duration of the internship.


• Reside in Canada at the time of application and for the entire duration of the internship.


• Be duly enrolled in a Canadian post-secondary institution or have graduated from such an institution within no more than six (6) months prior to the internship start date.

As an intern at Pomerleau Construction, you will have the opportunity to support new and ongoing project growth while gaining invaluable hands-on experience. Working on large-scale building and infrastructure projects - ranging from $1.5 million to upwards of $1 billion - you'll work closely with our teams to learn the ropes and make a real impact.

What You Will Do

• Support the project team with baseline schedule creation and progress tracking.


• Apply scheduling standards and follow internal scheduling processes.

This role could be for you if you have :

• An enrollment in a recognized Engineering or Construction Management degree or diploma program.
