Job summary

Pomerleau seeks a Campus Recruitment Coordinator Intern to help attract, hire, and onboard Canada-wide talent. The role supports screening, interview coordination, and offers, while contributing to university partnerships and employer branding.

You will collaborate with the Campus team on events, onboarding, and program activities. Ideal candidates are pursuing or have recently completed a degree in HR or Business, with strong organization, communication, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and an eagerness to learn new systems and technologies.
• Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and early career programs.

Responsibilities

• Support campus recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer administration.
• Assist with career fairs, campus events, and employer branding initiatives.
• Maintain recruitment data and candidate records in HR systems.
• Support the Campus team to enhance the intern candidate experience, university partnerships and overall recruitment experience.
• Support intern onboarding, offboarding, and other campus program activities.

• Be legally authorized to work in Canada at the time of application and for the entire duration of the internship.
• Reside in Canada at the time of application and for the entire duration of the internship.
• Be duly enrolled in a Canadian post-secondary institution or have graduated from such an institution within no more than six (6) months prior to the internship start date.
