Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Administrator will oversee and coordinate various warehouse operations. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, deliveries, and events; processing orders; managing traffic flow; overseeing inventory; handling data processing and system setup; and ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, deliveries, and events.
  • Process purchase orders and operational documents.
  • Manage traffic flow within the warehouse.
  • Assist in inventory management and supplies oversight.
  • Perform data entry and system configuration tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Support the Warehouse Supervisor in daily tasks.
  • Monitor operational performance, track KPIs, and generate reports.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in administrative or coordination roles, preferably in warehouse or logistics environments.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with WMS and ERP systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of food-grade certified warehouses and TDG regulations is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

Starting Rate: $19-$20/hour
