Your Role

To offer expertise in freight forwarding to internal and external clients.

What You Will Do

• Ensure client satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships.
• Optimize customer service through quick, efficient, courteous service, and accurate information.
• Check documentation for compliance with requirements.
• Issue necessary documentation following instructions and regulations.
• Maintain and update specific reports (internal and external).
• Process billing according to rates provided to clients.
