A leading healthcare provider in Hamilton is seeking a Diagnostic Imaging Client Coordinator to manage patient scheduling and documentation. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, along with a background in medical office administration. This position acts as the initial contact with Diagnostic Imaging Clients. Main responsibilities include verifying patient documentation, performing registration and order placement for Diagnostic imaging studies in a timely manner, handling department communication, liaising with clients such as patients, physicians, and healthcare providers, and ensuring all patient records are processed efficiently, accurately, and confidentially. This ADS 08 position provides excellent customer service, demonstrating patience, kindness, and caring in a high-demand environment.
Hourly: $28.87 – $30.14 – $31.37 (plus 14% in lieu of benefits)
