Responsibilities
  • Implement and evaluate new administrative procedures
  • Delegate work to office support staff
  • Establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
  • Coordinate office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security
  • Assist in preparing operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budget controls
  • Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Train staff and oversee administrative procedures
