Homewood Ravensview is a private 75-bed mental health, trauma and addiction facility offering evidence-based, medically-led, inpatient services for first responders, military, veterans, executives & professionals, adults, and young adults. As our Administrative Coordinator you will be an integral part of a collaborative team focused on delivering seamless services and programs to our clients and customers.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Schedule and prioritize meetings and appointments (live and virtual), make travel arrangements; monitor voicemails and emails, ensure messages are communicated and followed up
- Assist with preparation of meetings, including agenda creation, meeting room set-up, recording and distributing documents and following up on action items
- Monitor and approve electronic timekeeping
- Effectively handle discreet, sensitive, confidential information in a timely manner, redirecting as appropriate
- Manage complex calls and refer queries to appropriate staff for action
- Draft and edit reports, minutes, letters and emails
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders and act as a resource for staff
- Create a volunteer program for Ravensview, including develop the strategy and goals, research licensing requirements and create volunteer job descriptions
- Identify the needs of volunteers and liaise with leaders to understand where volunteers may be needed
- Participate in developing the strategy and creating a workplan for the Ravensview store
- Coordinate with vendors regarding product availability, pricing and returns
What We’re Looking For
- 2 - 3 years of office/clinic/healthcare facility experience with 1 - 2 years at a senior administrative level
- College Diploma in Healthcare or Business Administration preferred
- Expert-level Microsoft Office skills with demonstrated ability to produce creative PowerPoint presentations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong decision-making ability and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient
- Ability to anticipate the needs of the team and management
- Mature problem-solving and analytical skills
- Highly confidential and professional

Homewood Health promotes a fair and competitive compensation model. Pay rates are tailored to reflect differences in operating environments and job requirements. Compensation is influenced by many factors including compensation principles or approach for a role or job function, organizational tenure, experience, qualifications or premium skills, external competitiveness, internal comparability, geography and work performance. Pay range for this position is $56,000 to $58,000.
