Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM

Work Location:

Crisis - Wake Recovery Response Center, Raleigh, NC

Salary/Hourly Wage:

$22.00 - $26.00/hour

Summary of Job:

The Administrative Coordinator oversees the daily administrative operations of designated program(s), manages office functions, supports clinical and administrative teams, handles financial and billing processes, ensures regulatory compliance, and maintains efficient workflow. Acts as a liaison between staff, clinical teams, guests, and external partners to support Recovery Innovation’s mission of providing quality behavioral health services.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  1. Guest Care & Advocacy:
    • Greet and assist visitors.
    • Answer phones, triage calls, and log data accurately.
    • Facilitate incoming referrals ensuring review and completeness.
  2. Team Leadership:
    • Train administrative support staff and maintain staff schedules.
    • Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees.
    • Prepare invoices and manage office supplies.
    • Oversee office equipment, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
  3. Compliance & Risk Management:
    • Manage guest data in EHR systems ensuring confidentiality.
    • Track keys/FOBs and oversee vehicle fleet operations.
    • Adhere to compliance standards and stay updated on regulations.
    • Ensure contractual, accreditation, and funding compliance.
  4. Cross Functional Collaboration:
    • Support leadership with projects like program expansion, grant reporting, and outreach.
  5. Additional Duties:
    • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
  • Education/Licenses: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in behavioral health; supervisory experience preferred.
  • Skills: Basic computer skills, effective communication, pass de-escalation training.
  • Driving Requirements: Must meet policy requirements or sign a Non-Driver Attestation.
  • Miscellaneous: Travel as needed, confidentiality, background checks, drug testing, fingerprinting, education verification, and driving record checks.

A Direct Service Competency Checklist is required during onboarding.

Physical Demands:

May include work near eyes, wrist, hand motions, sitting, standing, walking, lifting up to 20 pounds.

Work Environment:

Office or behavioral health facility; may involve contact with agitated individuals; travel may be required.

Addendum – Arizona & Louisiana:

Arizona: Must be 21+; Louisiana: Must be 24+.
