Job description

Administrative Assistant/Assistant(e) administratif(ve)

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer ("CFO"), the Administrative Assistant's primary responsibility is to provide administrative support to the CEO and CFO, as well as other members of the Montreal-based executive team.

You are a resourceful, discreet, independent, and deadline-oriented team player who is solution-focused, meticulous, and eager to contribute to meaningful organizational initiatives.

Main Duties / Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate executives' calendars, contacts, and activities, including travel arrangements and offsite meetings.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external parties regarding executive matters.
  • Prepare memos, presentations, and spreadsheets for executives.
  • Organize team Town Hall meetings.
  • Handle expense reimbursements and track/reconcile them.
  • Coordinate documents requiring executive attention.
  • Serve as liaison with Nuvei Corporation's Board of Directors and coordinate Board activities.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications (skills/experience)
  • 1-2 years of experience in Business Administration or customer service roles.
  • Bilingual in French and English (verbal and written); additional languages are an asset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of standard office equipment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, tact, discretion, and diplomacy.
  • Strong organizational skills, multitasking, prioritization, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Results-driven and motivated.
  • Ability to work in-office and/or in a hybrid setting.
Working Language

English is predominantly used (99%) for spoken and written communication due to the dispersed team and clientele across Quebec and outside. Internal communications may be in French or English depending on the interlocutors. A basic knowledge of French is required within Quebec, and English proficiency is necessary for external communications.
