Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer ("CFO"), the Administrative Assistant's primary responsibility is to provide administrative support to the CEO and CFO, as well as other members of the Montreal-based executive team.
You are a resourceful, discreet, independent, and deadline-oriented team player who is solution-focused, meticulous, and eager to contribute to meaningful organizational initiatives.
English is predominantly used (99%) for spoken and written communication due to the dispersed team and clientele across Quebec and outside. Internal communications may be in French or English depending on the interlocutors. A basic knowledge of French is required within Quebec, and English proficiency is necessary for external communications.
