Autismservices is looking for an Administrative Assistant in Canada to provide confidential administrative support to assigned Directors. The role involves managing workflow, collaborating with team members, and ensuring efficient operation through timely execution of administrative functions.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience and advanced organizational, communication, and planning skills. A Grade 12 education supplemented by business training is required. This position supports the Saskatchewan Health Authority's objectives in a collaborative environment.

The Administrative Assistant provides confidential administrative support to the Directors they are assigned to. This position supports and contributes to processes and practices to ensure efficient operation of the portfolio(s), through accurate, timely, and efficient execution of confidential administrative support functions for Directors. The incumbent works closely, in a collaborative and cooperative manner, with all members of the administrative team to assist in accomplishing the Saskatchewan Health Authority's objectives. The incumbent coordinates workflow with other administration support staff and, in their absence, may provide support services as requested.
