Job summary

A leading company in the travel industry is seeking an Administrative Assistant to enhance day-to-day operations. This role involves organizational duties, collaboration across departments, and providing exceptional support to team members. This remote position offers a competitive salary and benefits, working Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.

Job description

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in the smooth day-to-day operations of the

agency. You will be a go-to resource for team members, whether travel advisors or admin staff,

Versatile, detail-oriented, and proactive, you’ll be responsible for operational support and cross functional administrative management, helping foster a structured, professional, and well-organized environment for the entire team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate contacts
  • Manage the general inbox and prioritize messages
  • Support the team in administrative processing of travel files
  • Perform data entry in systems (CRM, internal platforms, Sabre, etc.)
  • Prepare reports, letters, or supporting documents
  • Maintain the organization of digital files and client records
  • Collaborate with various departments (sales, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth coordination

What We’re Looking For

  • Relevant experience in an administrative or operational support role within a travel agency
  • Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written
  • Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
  • Comfortable with technology and collaborative platforms (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Positive attitude, discretion, and professionalism
  • Committed to delivering impeccable customer service
  • Remote, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Salary plus benefits.
