Bennett + Bennett is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Administration Officer to be part of our innovative, dynamic, and growing administrative team. This role will be based in our Brisbane office , providing assistance to the Project Managers with project-related tasks such as the preparation of tenders, estimates, and invoices, systems / data entry, as well as administrative assistance to the office as required.

Your Role and Impact :

  • Assist with job setups, estimates, invoicing, and maintaining accurate records for various projects.
  • Handle general admin tasks, including organising social events, making travel arrangements, booking conferences, and answering phones.
  • Ensure information is correctly entered into company databases and kept up to date.
  • Respond to emails, assist with client enquiries, and support internal teams.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers and administration staff to ensure smooth operations.

What You Bring :

  • Proven experience in administrative roles, ideally within surveying, construction, or related industries.
  • Highly organised with excellent time management and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe PDF, data entry software, and other relevant tools.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and positive attitude towards learning.
  • Experience with basic accounting and invoicing is advantageous.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, administration, or related fields are highly regarded.
