The Robin Hood Association in Sherwood Park, AB seeks an Admin Relief Staff Member for the Time & Attendance & Centralized Relief Team. The role supports scheduling, centralized relief coverage, and payroll accuracy via ADP, reporting to the Centralized Relief Time & Attendance Manager.

This relief position requires availability between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, with hours not guaranteed and fluctuating based on operational needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Well-developed communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability to work with a variety of people in a team environment.
  • Ability to work closely with Human Resources and Payroll team members to provide support to employees.
  • Ability to demonstrate work with attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and maintain employee schedules in ADP Time & Attendance, ensuring alignment with program needs and payroll deadlines.
  • Communicate changes to employee schedules or employment status through the Change Point system.
  • Coordinate relief staff assignments and shift coverage in response to program vacancies, short notice absences, or emergent needs.
  • Provide direct scheduling support to programs, ensuring adequate staffing based on service levels and individual support requirements.
  • Respond to scheduling and staffing requests from program supervisors and team leaders in a timely and solution-focused manner.
  • Support the Centralized Relief team through oversight, guidance, and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Train and orient new staff on proper ADP time entry and pay control procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with HR and Payroll teams to ensure smooth workflows and accurate payroll data.
  • Participate in system testing, development initiatives, and vendor follow-up related to ADP.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve scheduling issues, escalating complex concerns when necessary.

Admin Relief - Time and Attendance & Centralized Relief

Relief Sherwood Park, AB, CA

Salary Range: $22.04 To $25.99 Hourly

We are currently accepting applications for a Relief Staff Memberto join our Time & Attendance & Centralized Relief Team. This position plays a vital role in supporting workforce scheduling, coordinating centralized relief coverage, and ensuring payroll accuracy through ADP.

Reporting to the Centralized Relief Time & Attendance Manager, the successful candidate will provide essential scheduling and administrative support to program teams across the Association.

This is a relief position, and availability is required on an as-needed basis between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Candidates must ensure that any relief hours worked in this role do not conflict with their regularly scheduled shifts (if applicable).

Skills and Abilities:
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).

  • Knowledge of Employment Standards related to hours of work and scheduling.
  • Familiarity with staffing qualifications and program-specific support requirements.
  • Internal candidates must demonstrate reliability in meeting ADP time entry expectations.
