Desjardins Group is seeking an Admin 360 and IntelliFlex Agent for a 12-month temporary position in Canada. You will provide administrative support to Desjardins components and help administer specialized products and member/client accounts.

The role emphasizes precision, problem-solving and contributing to unit objectives while aligning with Desjardins’ standards. You will respond to information requests about products, analyze reports, and help improve work processes.

Qualifications

• General college diploma in a related field.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of French is required.
• Advanced proficiency of English due to interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients (level 5).

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests for information about specialized products, which entails reviewing requests, researching solutions and making recommendations.
• Provide information about the policies, programs and processes in your field
• Identify and analyze client complaints, recommend solutions and follow up as needed
• Analyze, produce and revise reports and statistics.
• Carry out administrative, operational and quality control measures, following up as needed
