Lieu : Montréal | Type de poste : Temps plein | Début : Dès que possible

On cherche aujourd’hui un(e) Adjoint(e) à la Direction vif(ve), débrouillard(e) et organisé(e) pour accompagner notre CEO et contribuer activement à la dynamique du siège.

Ce que vous ferez

  • Gérer l’agenda ultra dynamique du CEO, organiser les réunions, les déplacements (et parfois les surprises de dernière minute)
  • Être le contact privilégié entre la direction et le reste du monde : employés, clients, partenaires et même le conseil d’administration
  • Préparer des présentations, revoir des documents, gérer des dossiers avec rigueur (mais sans rigidité)
  • Coordonner les rencontres internes, les événements, les suivis – vous êtes le(la) chef d’orchestre discret(e) de nos opérations
  • Collaborer étroitement avec nos autres adjoint(e)s et équipes administratives pour garder tout en harmonie
  • Gérer les rapports de dépenses et quelques aspects personnels du CEO avec professionnalisme et confidentialité
  • Participer à divers projets stratégiques et opérationnels (et faire la différence, vraiment)

Profil recherché

  • Diplôme postsecondaire (administration, communication, ou autre domaine pertinent)
  • Expérience dans un rôle de soutien à la haute direction (ou dans un rôle qui vous a appris à être rapide, organisé et à garder votre calme sous pression)
  • À l’aise en français et en anglais, à l’écrit comme à l’oral
  • Pro du multitâche, avec un grand sens de la discrétion
  • Solide maîtrise de MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Un sens du service hors pair, une attitude positive et une soif d’apprendre

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the CEO’s dynamic calendar — schedule meetings, coordinate travel, handle logistics, and help keep everything on track (including the unexpected)
  • Be the go-to point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including the Board of Directors
  • Draft, proofread, and prepare documents, presentations, and reports with attention to detail
  • Organize team meetings, events, and executive sessions — ensuring everything runs efficiently and professionally
  • Collaborate closely with other Executive Assistants and admin staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Process expense reports and support personal administrative tasks with absolute discretion
  • Assist in strategic and operational projects — conduct research, prepare summaries, and bring valuable insights

What We’re Looking For

  • Post-secondary education in administration, communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience supporting senior leadership — or equivalent experience that shows you can stay organized, proactive, and calm under pressure
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French
  • Excellent multitasking, time management, and discretion
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A positive mindset, service-driven attitude, and a desire to grow professionally
