The company is founder-led, profitable, and growing. We are hiring Executive Assistants and Corporate Administrators to join our Corporate Operations team. We ensure that the business runs smoothly and that travel, expenses, and events are efficiently and correctly managed.

This team plays a crucial role in the overall operation of the business. They support department leads, manage logistics, expenses, travel, and scheduling, and are key to our success. Location: This is a global operation with open roles across all time zones.

Responsibilities:

  1. Support operations for one or more departments
  2. Coordinate monthly reports and schedule meetings and interviews
  3. Organize and run international company events, including logistics
  4. Manage quarterly and annual executive meetings
  5. Collaborate across teams on activities and initiatives
  6. Manage suppliers and stakeholders

  6. Ability to travel up to four times a year for company events of up to two weeks
