The YMCA Centre for Immigrant Programs in Dartmouth is seeking a Part-Time Program Assistant to support daily operations of Active Living programs. You will help with check-ins, space setup, and providing a welcoming environment for clients and staff.
Responsibilities include assisting with data entry, documentation, and collecting feedback to improve services, while maintaining confidentiality and inclusivity in a fast-paced setting.
Under the leadership and direction of the Program Coordinator, and in collaboration with program staff, the Program Assistant will provide direct, hands-on support in the daily operations of programs and services. This role focuses on assisting staff and clients in a variety of tasks, ensuring smooth delivery of services and program activities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to assist with a range of service delivery tasks in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
