Equipment World Inc. is seeking an organized Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our Accounting Team in Northwestern Ontario. You will manage invoicing, coding, and reconciliation for multiple branches, and perform credit checks on new customers.

The role requires handling AR tasks, daily rental and POS transactions, and collections. We value accuracy, reliability, and strong communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience performing accounts receivable duties.
• Proficient with invoicing and reconciliation.
• Experience with SAGE 300 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, issue invoices and statements using computerized and manual systems.
• Code, total, batch, enter, verify and reconcile AR transactions.
• Review branch invoices and reports for accuracy; provide AR direction.
• Reconcile daily rental transactions and batch postings.
• Ensure daily POS processing and deposit reconciliation.
• Manage new customer applications including credit checks.
• Notify debtors of overdue payments and continue collection efforts.
• Suggest legal action or service discontinuation when needed.
