Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable Clerk role.
• Proficient with spreadsheet and word processor applications.
• Knowledge of Great Plains is considered an asset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Effective time management skills to meet deadlines in a high volume, dynamic environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively with a a team.

Responsibilities

• Review of outputs from reservation and cargo systems to ensure data accuracy
• Processing integration files into Great Plains for invoicing
• Creating invoices for customer billing with all supporting back-up
• Processing payments on account
• Preparing and sending month end statements
• Organizing and maintaining customer files
• Assisting with collections on past due accounts
• Other duties as assigned
