• Verify and send invoices for approval through Metaviewer.
• Code proper accounts on invoices and ensure backup is attached.
• Process manual cheque runs, EFT, ACH and Wire payments for vendors.
• Respond to inquiries from vendors and customers in a professional, cooperative and efficient manner.
• Reconcile vendor statements.
• Other duties as required or assigned.

Role Description

The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for processing invoices and payments in a timely manner, developing vendor relationships, and reconciling vendor accounts.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and send invoices for approval through Metaviewer
• Code proper accounts on invoices and ensure appropriate back up is attached
• Process manual cheque runs, EFT, ACH and Wire payments for vendors
• Respond to inquiries from vendors and customers in a professional, cooperative and efficientmanner
• Reconcile vendor statements
• Other duties as required or assigned

Hours of Work & Location

• Full Time - Monday to Friday - Ongoing schedule to be determined with your manager on your first day of work, following the onboarding process with HR.
