Job summary

Corey Nutrition Company, a Fredericton-based manufacturer of pet food and aquafeed, invites you to join its finance team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist. Based in Fredericton, NB, this full-time role reports to the Controller and handles invoicing, payments, and collections.

You will work with CAD and USD payments, perform monthly reconciliations, and support audits while delivering accurate customer billing.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year work experience in accounts receivable.
Bachelor's degree or College Diploma in Accounting or Business Administration considered an asset.
Solid work ethic and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with customers.

Responsibilities

Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, billing, and collections.
Daily processing of CAD and USD payments to customer accounts.
Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and assist with audits.
Identify and resolve payment discrepancies and reconciling AR items.
Support team with AR projects and customer invoicing requests.
