Responsibilities

• Generate and send invoices to customers.
• Resolve billing discrepancies with departments or customers.
• Process, verify, and reconcile incoming payments.
• Reconcile customer statements and AR GL accounts.
• Verify posting reports for accuracy.
• Monitor customer accounts for non-payment or delays.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and assist with collections.
