CAA Club Group in Mississauga is seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator for a 12-month contract. You will reconcile payments, process various payment methods, and support other accounting teammates while ensuring proper controls are followed.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years AR experience, post-secondary education, and strong numeracy and communication skills. Collaboration with Brokers, Underwriters, and Customer Service is essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' accounts receivable experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Completed post-secondary education in a related field.
• Experience with computer based AR systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily reconciliations of various payment methods and posting of insured payments.
• Process payments into the policy administration system (cheques, credit cards, EFTs, PayPal).
• Review NSF reasons and cancel policies for non-payment if required.
• Prepare and reconcile daily deposits and refunds.
• Interface with Underwriters and Customer Service Representatives to resolve AR issues.
