Position: Accounts Receivable Clerk

As the Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will manage and optimize the accounts receivable process, ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions, timely collection of outstanding receivables, and fostering positive relationships with clients, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage Canadian accounts receivable processing and support transfers and claims.
2. Handle cash applications and collection communication with customers.
3. Execute month-end tasks and reconciliations.
4. Assist with annual financial statement audits.
5. Resolve emails received in the AR inbox.
6. Support customer invoicing and weekly Canadian EFT draws from customers.
7. Evaluate existing processes to identify efficiencies and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years experience in accounts receivable.
• Attention to detail is paramount.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ownership mindset with the ability to see issues and opportunities through to resolution.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
