• Experience with process overhauls, audits or financial transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the AP function for ongoing gaps and improvements.
• Review daily transactions performed by the AP team such as vendor reconciliations, payment proposals, vendor inquiries and escalations.
• Review overdue vendor payments & related payment issues.
• Identify inefficiencies, system discrepancies and AP workflow changes.
• Review vendor contracts, payment information and procedures to ensure best practices are established or brought in-line.

Pay Range

$35 - $40 / hour
