Job summary

Pinnacle Group is hiring an Accounts Payable Officer for a part-time, 20-hour-per-week position based in our central Hamilton office. You will own essential accounts payable tasks, process supplier invoices, and manage creditor payments while ensuring data accuracy.

The role requires attention to detail, strong time management, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced finance team.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable or a similar financial environment is preferred.
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong time management and ability to work to deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the wider Microsoft 365 suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with TechnologyOne/FinanceOne would be an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to build positive working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and manage creditor payments with precision.
• Maintain data integrity within our finance systems.
• Perform transaction reconciliations and expense coding.
• Provide ad-hoc support to the finance team.
