Job summary

You will manage high-volume vendor payments using Sage Intacct, process petty cash and reimbursements, and handle GST rebates. Strong Excel and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume accounts payable environment using Sage Intacct
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Experience in a non-profit or similar setting is a plus

Responsibilities

• Reviews and processes weekly vendor payments
• Processes staff petty cash reimbursements and other payments
• Reconciles vendor statements and investigates discrepancies
• Ensures transactions comply with policy and internal controls
• Maintains filing system for paid vendor files
• Reconciles and submits GST rebate claims
• Provides support to Finance team and Director of Finance
