Job summary

Mosaic Primary Care Network in Calgary is seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator (Administrative Support III) within the Finance program. You will perform data entry for all accounts payable invoices and payments and provide accounting support to the Financial Operations team.

The role requires 3+ years in accounts payable, strong QuickBooks and MS Office skills, and meticulous attention to detail. You will handle EFT payments, vendor communications, reporting, and vendor setup while helping

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an accounts payable capacity.
• Outstanding customer service is required.
• Records Management and data accuracy are essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all procedures for payments, suppliers/physicians/staff expenses are followed with proper approvals and coding.
• Record and maintain accurate transactions for accounts payable and general journal entries; reconcile and process weekly payments.
• Email EFT notifications and produce finance reports for the team.
• Correspond with vendors for follow-ups and set up new vendors including EFT details.
• Act as Corporate VISA Administrator and maintain weekly/monthly cash flow forecasts.
