Job summary

Centennial Food Solutions is seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator for a 5‑month temporary assignment at our Calgary head office. You will process vendor invoices, rebates, and employee expenses, posting to GL and reconciling accounts, with regular on‑site collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years AP experience, strong Excel skills, and preferably experience with Sage X3. This role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary accounting/finance education preferred.
• 2–3 years accounts payable or related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; Sage X3 experience is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Process and code vendor invoices accurately.
• Reconcile AP and customer rebates.
• Post payments to GL accounts and prepare accruals.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain records.
• Support month-end activities and rebate programs.
