Qualifications

• Previous accounts payable and data entry experience is required.
• Basic accounting and tax experience is an asset.
• Ability to analyze and problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Review and process disbursements for vendor and employee reimbursements.
• Meet service levels for AP expense disbursements and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain vendor master data and assist with monthly close.
• Prepare wire transfers and AR corrections.
• Participate in AP meetings and planning.
