Job summary

ATS Automation Tooling Systems Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist in Canada. The role reports to the Accounts Payable Manager within the Finance department and involves processing invoices, validating entries, and managing supplier communications.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' accounting or accounts payable experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset.
• Proficiency with PC accounting systems and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices for a defined vendor set and maintain accounts payable records.
• Validate invoices, secure approvals, and resolve issues with Supply Chain/vendors.
• Prepare weekly/bi-weekly cheque runs and respond to vendor inquiries.
