Job summary

Doane Grant Thornton LLP is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to lead the AP team, ensure accurate and timely invoice processing, and support month-end activities. You will drive process improvements, manage KPI reporting, and collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and business stakeholders.

The role emphasizes change management, technology adoption, and a proactive partner approach, within a national, flexible work model.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in business administration or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in Accounts Payable and leadership roles.
• Experience collaborating with Finance, Procurement and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AP team to ensure accurate, timely invoice processing and month-end activities.
• Guide process changes and technology implementations to improve efficiency and controls.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations and manage reporting KPIs.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to drive continuous improvement.
• Act as a change agent to foster adaptability and steady transformation.
