Qualifications

• Post‑secondary diploma or degree in business administration, finance or related discipline is preferred.
• Ability to manage confidential information effectively.
• Proven experience developing and implementing AP policies and process improvements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of AP specialists and supervisor.
• Design and implement AP policies to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Oversee full‑cycle AP: entry, coding, approvals, payments.
• Manage vendor relationships and AP aging, ensuring timely payments.
• Support AP systems optimization with cross‑functional teams.
• Identify opportunities to automate and digitize AP processes.
