The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in AP, 1–3 years in a leadership role, and strong ERP/automation experience. Advanced Excel skills and strategic mindset are essential for optimizing cash flow and working capital.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience, with 1–3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of AP processes, controls, and accounting principles.
• Experience with ERP systems and AP automation platforms.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capabilities.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) to boost productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing AP team.
• Oversee day-to-day AP operations: invoices, payments, and accuracy.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and AI adoption in AP.
• Develop AP reporting, dashboards, and metrics.
• Manage supplier relationships and resolve payment issues.
