Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli (Canada), Inc. is seeking a Winter 2027 Accounts Payable Co-op in Toronto to support the AP team for the term January through April 2027.

The role includes SAP invoice matching, BASWARE processing, and cross-functional collaboration with intercompany and packaging teams. The position offers 37.5 hours per week in a hybrid work setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) with compensation in the 43k–45k CAD range.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a finance/accounting co-op program or within 6 months of graduating.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Familiar with transacting in foreign currencies.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines.
• Accounts payable experience is an asset.
• Intermediate Excel with VLookup and Pivot tables.
• Strong organizational, detail-oriented, analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in matching Intercompany invoices with receipts in SAP.
• Assist with matching 3rd party co-pack invoices, labor and packaging invoices in SAP.
• Assist with processing indirect expenses in Basware.
• Handle small AP portfolio including statement reconciliation and vendor inquiries.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable Team, Intercompany factories, Supply Planning and Packaging teams.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as requested.

Lindt & Sprüngli (Canada), Inc. is looking for a Co-op student to join our Finance team for the Winter 2027 term! The Accounts Payable Co-op will provide support for the Lindt Canada Account Payable team during this time of the year.

This placement is for Winter 2027.

Position: Accounts Payable Co-op

Compensation: approx. $43k-45k, 37.5 hrs per week

Work location: Hybrid; 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in matching Intercompany invoices with receipts in SAP
• Assist with matching 3rd party co-pack invoices, labor and packaging invoices in SAP
• Assist with processing indirect expenses in Basware
• Handle small AP portfolio attending to statement reconciliation, handling AP vendor inquiries
• Collaborate and work cross functionally with the Accounts Payable Team, Intercompany factories, Supply Planning and Packaging team
• Additional Administrative tasks upon request

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled as a student at an accredited university in a finance/accounting co-operative program or within 6 months of recently graduating.
• Basic knowledge of Accounting Principles
• Be familiar with transacting in foreign currencies
• Able to work independently, multi-task and in collaboration with others to meet strict and occasionally moving deadlines
• Accounts Payable experience considered an asset
• Intermediate Excel knowledge with experience using VLookup and Pivot tables
• Strong organization skills, attention to detail and analytical skills
