Lindt & Sprüngli (Canada), Inc. in Toronto is seeking a Finance Co-op for Winter 2027. The placement runs January 2027 through April 2027, offering 37.5 hours per week in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 remote).

The Finance Co-op will assist with financial planning and analysis, prepare monthly reports, support process improvements, and handle ad hoc requests, gaining hands-on experience in analysis and data management.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a finance/accounting co-op program and plan to return to school.
• Basic knowledge of Accounting Principles.
• Able to work independently and in collaboration with others.
• Intermediate Excel with VLookup and PivotTables.
• Strong organizational, detail-oriented and analytical skills.

Lindt & Sprüngli (Canada), Inc. is looking for a Co-op student to join our Finance team for the Winter 2027! The Finance Co-op will provide support on financial planning and analysis activities and process improvements.

This placement is for Winter 2027.

Position: Finance Co-op

Compensation: $43K - 45K, 37.5 hrs per week

Work location: Hybrid; 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

Key Responsibilities

Financial Analysis:

• Conduct thorough financial analysis to support key business initiatives and decision-making processes.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, variance analysis, and performance metrics to evaluate the company's financial health.

Process Improvement & Data Management:

• Support in the implementation of CPG best practices and streamlining financial processes.
• Extract and manipulate data from various sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Ad-Hoc Reporting:

• Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analysis as requested by management.
• Respond to inquiries from stakeholders, providing clear explanations and insights into financial data.

Qualifications:

• Must be currently enrolled as a student at an accredited university in a finance/accounting co-operative program with plans to return to school after assignment
• Basic knowledge of Accounting Principles
• Able to work independently and in collaboration with others
• Intermediate Excel knowledge with experience using VLookup and Pivot tables
• Strong organization skills, attention to detail and analytical skills
