Green Acres Foundation is seeking a dynamic multitasker who is flexible, has a positive attitude, and has superior customer service skills for a full-time position in Lethbridge, Alberta.

In this position, you will:

  • Report to the Finance Manager and provide financial administrative services in the Accounts Payable area.
  • Prepare and process accounts payable invoices, costing, and other related accounting activities.
  • Ensure all expenditures are accurate and vendors are paid within established time frames.
  • Oversee the central inventory process to ensure appropriate levels of stock are on hand for site distribution.
  • Reconcile computer balances to vendor statements.
  • Perform other duties as required.

What will be required for the position:

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken English.
  • Ability to maintain high accuracy in preparing and entering data.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Diploma/certificate in Accounting or Bookkeeping
  • 1-3 years' previous experience working in accounting.
  • Current satisfactory Criminal Record Check.
  • Must be bondable.
