Abbyland Foods, Inc is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to oversee the supply receipts, purchase orders and invoices to successfully process accounts payable. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: The essential duties for this job include the following but other duties may be assigned. Receives vendor invoices for goods and services received.

Maintains the "Non Maintenance" purchase order file. Receives approved Maintenance PO's and receiving paperwork.

• Maintains the "Non Maintenance" purchase order file
• Receives approved Maintenance PO's and receiving paperwork
• Performs the three-way match of PO's received and invoice determining tax ability of items purchased
• Assigns account codes to invoices if not specified on the PO
• Enters inventory receipts and pricing into ERP System
• Communicates with vendors regarding invoice discrepancies upon direction from Cost Accountant
• Performs Receptionist duties such as greeting visitors and running mail through the postage machine
