About the job
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Associate to join our finance team. This role will be responsible for managing AP functions across the U.S. and Canada, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and compliance with relevant tax regulations.
The Accounts Payable Associate will provide financial reporting, administrative, and clerical support by verifying and reconciling invoices according to established policies and procedures in an efficient, timely, and accurate manner. Working closely with the Vendor Relations/Purchasing Administrator on monitoring discount opportunities, resolving purchase order discrepancies, and payment terms.
