BMW Kingston, part of Zanchin Automotive Group, is seeking an experienced Accounting & Payroll Administrator to join the Team. This role handles accounts payable/receivable, payroll support, and related cash processes in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of accounting experience, post-secondary accounting/finance education, and strong Excel/ERP skills (CDK/Reynolds). On-site position with growth opportunities within the group.

Formación

• 1 to 3 years of proven accounting experience.
• Post-secondary education in accounting or finance.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., CDK/Reynolds).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a changing environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail, organized and proactive.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Self-motivated with a drive for excellence.
• Desire to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate accounts payable and receivable ledgers.
• Enter data from invoices.
• Print receivable-run statements.
• Run schedules and journals as directed.
• Perform cash balancing, bank deposits and reconciliations.
• Prepare deposits and cash handling procedures.
• Process vehicle transaction deals and verify information.
• Assist in closing month- and year-end.
• Support and back-up payroll processing as needed.
• Process and submit insurance and warranty remittances and reconcile related schedules.
