Senior Executive Recruiter – Accounting Administrator

Burlington (Onsite)

$50,000–$55,000 annually

Position Overview

• Support day-to-day accounting operations within a busy automotive dealership
• Partner with dealership teams to resolve accounting and payment issues efficiently
• Ensure accurate processing of transactions, purchase orders, and payments
• Maintain data integrity and support compliant financial reporting

Key Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders, vendor invoices, and payments (AP-heavy role)
• Enter and apply cash receipts; support accounts receivable and collections
• Review, code, and reconcile corporate credit card statements
• Liaise with vendors and follow up on outstanding documentation
• Assist with daily bank deposits and petty cash reconciliations
• Perform daily bank clearing and support month-end reconciliations
• Book vehicle deals and support dealership-specific administration
• Assist with monthly reporting and statistical data

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of accounting or accounting administration experience
• Automotive dealership experience is an asset, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume transactions
