Qualifications

• Ideal candidates will have a strong background in customer service and sales.
• Experience with ERP systems (CDK/Reynolds) is preferred.
• Ability to lift/move objects (up to 50 pounds) and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for retail customers and service operations.
• Recommend and sell parts and accessories by phone or in person.
• Promote retail and wholesale sales by building relationships with external customers.
• Determine availability of parts and place special orders as needed.
• Provide price quotes and part information to customers.
• Prepare parts orders for shipment, delivery, or pickup.
• Participate in parts inventory counting and stocking.
