Job summary

The Clark Agency Recruiters is hiring an Accounting Manager for a growing manufacturing client in the Greater Montreal area. This is a hands-on seat with direct exposure to the President and CFO, built for someone who wants ownership and room to grow with the business.

You will own day-to-day accounting, month-end close, WIP/project costing, inventory, GAAP financials and reporting, forecasting, and partner with operations as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 5-9 years of progressive accounting experience in small or mid-size manufacturing.
• Solid WIP and project accounting
• CPA or Canadian equivalent highly preferred; public accounting mix is a plus
• Hungry, clear communicator, comfortable leading accounting without a large department underneath you

The role

• No direct reports today

What they’re looking for

• Eligible to work in Canada
• Base up to ~$150K CAD, plus 10% target bonus
• Supplemental health coverage (employer pays 50%) on top of provincial coverage
