Job summary

Savage Ford is seeking an accounting assistant to support accounts payable, receivable, and month-end closing in a busy dealership environment. You will process invoices, prepare payments, reconcile accounts, and support the sales/service teams with accurate records.

This role requires attention to detail, Excel proficiency, and the ability to manage priorities. Knowledge of dealership accounting is an asset and effective communication is essential for success in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar role.
• Knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office.
• Dealership accounting experience is an asset.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
