Eastside Kia is seeking a detail-oriented Full-Time Accounting Clerk to join our accounting team. This role is ideal for someone with dealership accounting experience who enjoys a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reconciliations, and general accounting functions.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of automotive dealership accounting experience.
• Experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dealership software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process AP and AR transactions and reconcile vendor statements.
• Prepare and process vendor payments; reconcile credit card statements.
• Conduct journal entries and assist with month-end close.
• Support payroll and HR administration as required.
