Key Responsibilities
  • Perform complex general ledger reconciliations
  • Complete bank reconciliations
  • Use Sage 50 for accounting tasks and data entry
  • Assist in preparing monthly and year-end financial statements and related reports
  • Support accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including journal entries and monthly accounting cycle activities
  • Prepare monthly reconciliations
  • Maintain internal control procedures for vendor and customer accounts, including invoice processing, payments, collections, and postings
  • Perform additional accounting and administrative tasks as assigned
