Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking an Account Strategist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will steer targeting, budgeting, and the narrative during client calls, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

You will manage campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, craft 90-day roadmaps, and drive retention and growth for clients. Remote position across Canada, South Africa or USA.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized campaigns.
• A track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
