Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Account Strategist you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

You lead paid media strategy across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, manage budgets, testing, and the 90-day roadmaps for each client, and present the story behind the numbers on calls with clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: built, ran and optimized campaigns.
• Record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers with examples.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and know when to pause a campaign.
• Set up conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and articulate the story behind the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
