Job summary

Motion Canada Inc. is seeking an Account Specialist-Electrical to sell directly to customers with a technical focus on electrical products and to develop sales strategies. You will identify new customers, nurture existing relationships, and deliver bids, proposals, and product demonstrations.

You will collaborate with the Branch Manager on business planning to reach product and sales goals. Some on‑call nights or weekends may be required; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Industry and sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of power transmission, hydraulic, pneumatic and mill supply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Reliable, organized and detail‑focused.

SUMMARYThe Account Specialist-Electrical role sells directly to customers with a technical focus on electrical products. This role focuses on developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying potential customers, and managing existing customer relationships specifically for electrical products.JOB DUTIESSells directly to customers primarily through face-to-face interactions to foster strong relationships and maintain customer satisfaction.Assesses customer needs and suggests appropriate products, services, and/or solutions.Generates new business, cross sells, and repeat sells to new and existing customers by developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying potential customers, and managing existing customer relationships.Develops and delivers sales bids, proposals, and presentations and conducts product demonstrations.Works with Branch Manager to provide business planning to reach product and sales goals.Personally accountable for time allocation and priorities to reach goals and applying efforts to high ROI opportunities.Performs other duties as assigned.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCETypically requires a high school diploma or GED. All company vehicles are subject to continuous video monitoring.COMPENSATION$78,960.00 - $130,800.00Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position.
