Job summary

Taylor Steel Inc. is seeking an Account Representative to manage an assigned account base, process orders, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and high-level service. Ideal candidates have post-secondary education in Business and strong communication skills.

Location is in Stoney Creek, ON, with a full-time role and salary range of CA$50,000 to CA$65,000 plus company bonuses. Benefits and pension are offered.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Business or equivalent experience.
• Experience in B2B sales is an asset.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and verify pricing and delivery terms.
• Build and maintain customer relationships and provide excellent service.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Quality, Scheduling and Shipping to meet requirements.
• Monitor inventory and prepare reports and purchasing recommendations.
• Provide reporting to customers, partners, and management.
